Village at Blue Mountain Beach, this serene getaway is just a short stroll—or a breezy ride in
your brand-new 6-seater golf cart—from the sugar-white sands, the community pool, and the
fitness center. The golf cart even comes equipped with speakers and lights, perfect for cruising to
dinner or catching the sunset.
Inside, you'll be welcomed by an open-concept living and dining area with high ceilings,
abundant natural light, and designer finishes throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features
granite countertops, SMEG appliances, and a coffee bar including regular and decaf coffee and
tea for you to enjoy. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience, and the outdoor
shower makes rinsing off after beach days a breeze.
Palm Breeze offers three spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and
ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed, while the third is perfect
for kids or friends with two bunk beds. In addition to the master bath, there are two more full
bathrooms—one on the ground floor and another upstairs—making it easy for everyone to get
ready for a night out or wind down after a day in the sun.
This home is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a memorable beach vacation.
You'll find beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, skim boards, and six adult bikes ready
for cruising along 30A. The private backyard patio is a perfect place to unwind, complete with a
large firepit for cozy evenings under the stars. Inside, each bedroom features HD smart TVs with
streaming access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, and the living room includes a large smart
TV for movie nights or game days.
Just across the street, a five-minute walk brings you to The Village amenities, where you can
enjoy a resort-style pool, a well-equipped fitness center, shuffleboard and bocce courts, and even
a putting green. Whether you're lounging poolside, biking to Grayton Beach, or grabbing pastries
from Blue Mountain Bakery, this location makes it easy to do it all.
To make your stay even more convenient, we provide a starter set of essentials including toilet
paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
