You'll find this home perched atop the bluffs in Elk, a small, oceanfront community on a gorgeous stretch of California Highway 1. Sit down for breakfast at the iconic Queenie's Roadhouse Cafe, take morning walks in the sand on Greenwood State Beach, and sip cocktails at sunset on your multi-level deck.



Please note that the adjacent, two-bedroom guest house is available for rent as well (the two homes are connected via the garages), and that both units can be rented together as the four-bedroom Elk Mid-Century. The home is made up of two units that share a deck. Please be respectful of guests in the Guest house.



This mid-century gem is a marvel of oceanfront architecture with floor-to-ceiling windows and a living space that exudes warmth and style. *Please note: This historic home has a lot of stairs and a shower that you have to step into, it is not the best choice for guests with mobility issues.

Due to the elevated decks, this home may not be suitable for young children. Supervision is required at all times. Both fireplaces in the home are non-operable.

This property does not support EV charging. Guests are kindly asked to use public EV chargers available in the area.
