If we could give this property more than 5 stars we would do so. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We felt comfortable and special with the beautiful bottle of wine and the invitation to try some of the veggies from the veggie garden. This property is close to all amenities and attractions and the instructions provided by Rikki and Chris helped us to find our way around Launceston and surrounds. We would highly recommend this property.

Very, clean, well appointed and conveniently located. This is a great place to stay while visiting Launceston and surrounds. The kitchen and laundry were well stocked with all the utensils and equipment anyone would need. The views from the balcony over the valley at sunset were very serene and it was a joy to watch the black cockatoos of a morning. The fresh fruit from the garden and home made vintage topped off a lovely stay.

Our stay at Litoria Garden Guest House was the highlight of our trip to Tasmania. The property is truly stunning and luxurious, spacious and so comfortable! Lovely spacious modern unit with wonderful ambiance. Rikki is an amazing host and it was wonderful to have vegetables and fruit from the garden and drink their lovely wine. This was our fourth stay and we will continue to stay when we come to Launceston area if possible.

Rikki and Chris's house exceeded all our expectations. It was immaculate with a high standard of fixtures and fittings. We were only there two nights but wished it had been longer. The house is in a lovely position with good views and lots of parking. Rikki and Chris were very helpful with recommendations for sightseeing. Thank you!
