We are available at anytime during your stay. Simply give us a call and we'll be happy to help
No parties. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.
A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.
Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.
If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.
Stripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.

We were 3 older woman so it more than enough for us. Very comfortable & location was suitable to visit all little towns nearby. Loved the history of the house & area.
