Quiet neighborhood, clean, comfortable home with a small, fenced backyard that worked great for our dogs. Two portable AC units up and downstairs were enough to keep cool on 80 degree days. Communications and check-in/check-out were easy.

Comfortable bed. The kitchen is not well stocked, I had to buy some bowls since there were not any. There are plenty of pots and pan and dishes but sparse on everything else. Plenty of room to store supplies. The bathrooms were well stocked. In the listing it was not listed as a duplex just "private entrance". Neighbors were not an issue though. Neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. Great location to explore biking trails.
