- Descend to the beautifully finished basement with 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space for everyone.

- Just across a quiet street, you`ll find water access to Muskoka Lake.
- Take advantage of the private dock for your boating pleasure. While boat launching isn`t available on-site, public launching is just a 10-minute drive away at Port Carling.

Here`s what to pack for your chill lakeside retreat:

-If the cozy glow of a fire calls to you, feel free to bring along some firewood for the fire pit or wood stove. It`s perfect for those starlit nights and marshmallow moments.
-The tap water`s just fine here, but if you’ve got a taste for something else, our water dispenser`s ready for those big blue jugs you might want to bring.

Keeping it cool with a few simple cottage vibes:

-Parties are prohibited. We’re all about those calm, serene getaways. So, while we love a good laugh and joyful moments, our place isn’t cut out for parties. It’s the perfect spot for folks and families craving a peaceful escape.
-No Smoking and fireworks on site. To keep the air as fresh as the natural beauty around us, please no smoking or fireworks on the grounds.
-Please take the garbage with you when you check out. We’re big fans of leaving places better than we found them, so please sort the garbage/recycling during your stay and take it with you when you say goodbye.
-Please confirm with us if you are not sure if anything is available for guests to use.
