Guest is required to sign a renter agreement. Security Deposit hold of $750 is required. Minimum age to rent is 25 yrs old. No Parties or Events.
No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited, including on porches and in shared spaces.
Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited
