This quality 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with spacious lanai opens to beautiful tropical setting. The 13 foot high vaulted ceilings provide a feeling of size and volume found only in larger more expensive properties. Both bedrooms offer comfortable queen size beds, cool air conditioning and ceiling fans while the bamboo floors in living room, bedrooms and hallway bring the tropics inside to match the fun Maui décor. A recently remodeled bath with newly installed washer and dryer add to the convenience and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to jump to action for all your culinary artistry along with bar seating and comfortable seating for 6 on the Lanai along with two "dosing rockers" perfect for an afternoon nap.
Our Maui cottage is nestled on the top floor of a two story townhouse and is situated on 9 lush tropical acres with 2 pools, basketball, tennis court and 3 barbecue acres-one directly on the oceanfront for sunset grilling. This ocean front promenade is equipped with lounge chairs and picnic tables also provides a wonderful place to enjoy your favorite beverage or meal while watching flaming sunsets, sea turtles and humpback whales. Located just north of the property is Napili and Kapalua Bay two of our favorite places on the island to swim and snorkel. Across the street and a three minute walk to the south you will find the uncrowded Kahana beach, great for walking, shell hunting, surfing and launching paddle boards. This beautiful little Maui Home is also short drive to world class golf courses and the Historic town of Lahaina with its treasure trove of shops, restaurants and galleries. Want something quick and convenient just walk a block south to Sands of Kahana for a great happy hour!!
Our Cottage offers every convenience at half the price of a hotel room, perfect for little ones to roll on the grass and play in open, grassy spaces.

Lovely condo - short walk to beach and lovely cafe

Our family really enjoyed staying here. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, cafe and gas station. We would definitely stay here again.

Would recommend 100%! Great location, small beach with access directly across the street. The condo was immaculately cleaned, stocked with all the necessities and the grounds were beautifully maintained and quiet with parking right outside your door. The owner responded quickly to questions and was very kind. We would definitely stay again!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals and the Lanai was enjoyed. We appreciated the all the beach gear. The unit is very quiet and a short walk to a beautiful beach.

Property was clean and rooms are as described. It’s a great place if you just want to hang out. Perfect for 4 people. Not walkable for dining . Location a bit farther than expected from Lahaina.

Great Rental

The house is clean, including the rooms. They also offer towels, condiments, and water sport gears. Wifi is also fast and their AC gets cold quick as well. I love that it has an inhouse washer and dryer, including the detergent as well.

Really enjoyed our stay here - the place was in an excellent location, walking distance to an ABC store, gas station, Dollie's pub, Maui brewing, coffee shop, etc. If you're interested in going to Whalers Village, this location is about 10 min drive, and if you're interested in going into Lahaina its about 20 min (depending on traffic of course). The rental company was very responsive over text, which was great because we had to ask for a late checkout (which they were able to accommodate). Definitely would stay her again.

The host was very friendly and made sure the whole check in process went smoothly. They made me feel welcome to reach out to them if I had any problems and/or concerns; though I did not. Nice stay in a beautiful setting

We enjoyed our stay and particularly the great setting with lots of beautiful landscaping, a very nice pool and only a 4-5 minute walk to a beach. The unit was nice but had some minor issues such as lanai light and fans that did not work, a sound bar for the TV that did not work, reading lights in the bedrooms that did not work and sometimes a bit noisy due to the Maui brewery just across the parking and behind the unit. It was well-stocked and the other guests in nearby units were quiet, especailly after dark. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Frequent visitors to Maui for the last 30 years, finally have our Maui Oasis! In fact one of my sons was married at Olowalu Plantation in November, 2017, our entire family loves Maui!

Why they chose this property

It's in a great location, away from the crowds. 2 story separate cottages, not a big block of cement with traffic racing by at all hours!!
Oceanfront sunsets, plumeria, hibiscus, mangos, bananas, acres of green lawn and 2 bedroom!!!
And sea turtles everyday feeding off the rocks at the seawall!

What makes this property unique

Great sunsets over Lanai and Molokai from the seawall.
Within walking distance to Napili Market, beaches and Happy hours. Beach cruisers can reach all of West Maui, so park the car and bike!
