Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. We loved our stay at KS as a family. It was the perfect rental for us. We loved how close it was to the beach, the facility was wonderful, the pools were beautiful and location to other things was super close. We definitely would go back again.
