Good potential and location, but needs maintenance and better amenitiesI really wanted to enjoy this Philly rental because the layout and location looked good online. However, my stay fell short of the expectations set by the listing.Pros: Good layout and a convenient location.Cons: * Safety/Maintenance: The shower leaks water onto the floor (slip hazard), and the water never got truly hot. The microwave is also perched dangerously high on top of the fridge.Privacy: The window treatments are very thin. Between the streetlights and sidewalk traffic, it lacked privacy and made it difficult to sleep.Amenities: Several listed items were missing (soap, shampoo, coffee/mugs), and the Wi-Fi was unreliable, forcing me to use a personal hotspot.At this price point, I expected a bit more attention to detail, like a luggage rack or working internet. With a few maintenance fixes and better window covers, this could be a 5-star spot, but it wasn't quite there for my stay.
