This was honestly perfect. It was only a block away from the B line entrance. It was clean, quiet, and the beds were wonderful. Would most definitely stay here any Philly trip I have!

Very clean! Very nice place to stay. The host was amazing and very responsive. It was frustrating to not have any hooks in the bathroom but overall an incredible time.

It was cool. Eateries are close. City Hall was a few blocks away. The Reading Terminal Market was literally just a 14 minute walk and there's a gym, supermarket,and even a 7-11 that's not that far walking distance either. And heat in the apartment was good too.

This was a terrible experience. 1. no coffee just decaf2. air vents covered in black dust3. stains on couch4. back alley from parking space covered in ice and you have to walk sideways tightly past garbage cans with your luggage.5. no smoking room but if someone is smoking out in hallway or another unit the air vents bring it directly into this unit.6. TV remote in livingroom was missing7.soap dispenser in shower broken8. DO NOT PAY FOR PARKING ITS A SCAM! host quoted me 10 a night for parking then charged me 20 and the spots are not held for paid guests even though he said paying is the only way to hold parking spot. Host never asked me for my vehicle information so he wouldn't know if i was in the spot or not and obviously didn't care so when we returned from dinner the two spots were taken and host never responded to my message. We had to pack up and leave the first evening and did not return to the unit. We needed this rental for a hospital visit for our child and this experience added extreme stress to an already stressful situation. We are currently asking for a refund. I wanted to be honest with this review because if these other reviewers were honest I could have avoided this property.
