The place was very clean and comfortable! The coffee/tea bar was so cute- and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes which was fantastic. The only suggestion I have is maybe to have some more extra blankets, and for me the mattresses were not the most comfortable. But overall it was lovely and perfect for a quick weekend trip!

Nice place, everything looked very new. Only thing that I would add is some more blankets and let people know the fireplace is not able to be used.

Hi Danny, thanks for the recommendations. In addition to blankets on the beds, extra blankets could typically be found in the downstairs closet and the basket to the left of the tv. I’m sorry to hear about the fireplace, It’s usually functional, but the recent windstorms must have knocked it out of commission temporarily. We will address that after the holiday. Thanks for staying and come again next time!

I cannot overstate how wonderful our stay was. The pictures simply do not do justice to this terrific little place in CDA. In addition, Mina was so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Five stars is not enough to describe our experience.

Why they chose this property

When you arrive at the property, you'll see a residential duplex featuring two separate units. Yours is the unit with private access on the right hand side.

Our street is a safe, pet and family-friendly community with a nearby park, featuring an active, down-to-earth mix of homeowners and renters. Be mindful, there’s no HOA here!

As a small, family run rental, we focus on a comfortable, modern environment rather than a resort setup. While we don't have unlimited funds, we are proud to be a work in progress, intentionally and slowly adding amenities over time to constantly improve our guest experience.

For summer cooling, the home uses window air conditioning units upstairs that you can adjust to your liking. (Pro-tip: turning the downstairs thermostat off and keeping upstairs doors open during the day helps the window units cool the space!).

Parking: you have two designated spots right in front of the garage, and any extra vehicles can be parked along E Davis Ave.
