Return keys to the lockbox after you have locked the patio door. Set heat @ 55 in kitchen & bedroom. Leave door to bathroom open, make sure living room chair is @ least 1 foot away from heater.

I’m a Minnesota native and have had many Vrbo and Airbnb stays in my travels and have decided that I would like to share my location with others for opportunities for enjoyment by having one for others here also.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it’s quiet in town living but yet we have the lake access right where we are and it connects to so many lakes that it’s really a benefit for Lake enjoyment.
What makes this property unique
We are located on a dead end road and our property is offshore, but we have view of the lake. The apartment is a walkout basement apartment facing the lake.
