We loved our stay. I was able to have my entire family with me, my children and grandchildren. There was 11 of us ranging from 62 to 5 yrs old. We all had something to do and relaxing was easy. Looking out over the beach from the rooftop was everyone's favorite. St Augustine was very close and plenty of restaurants. Would definitely recommend and may make it an annual trip.

We had an amazing week at this beach house. It’s perfectly located to enjoy the beach or the sights of St. Augustine. We had a family reunion with kids ranging from one to eleven years old as well as parents and grandparents. Everyone had something to do in this house. The kids entertainment being on the ground floor was an added bonus because the loudest noise stayed downstairs. Any issue that arose during our stay was quickly taken care of by the hosts and they were amazingly responsive from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend this house to others. Thanks for a great vacation!

This home was so well appointed, with everything we needed for a great stay! We had guests of all ages and there was something for ALL ages to enjoy. There were a number of fun restaurants nearby, within walking distance for us to grab a bite to eat or a drink. Unfortunately, the weather was cold but we will be back again to be able to enjoy the close proximity to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this home again. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described — the house was spotless, well cared for, and immediately felt comfortable and welcoming.One thing that really stood out was how responsive the owners were. They replied quickly to any questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated.The location was also excellent — convenient to everything we wanted to do while still being a great place to relax and unwind. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. We had a family gathering of 9 adults and this house was great for our large party. The house was clean and offered ample space for adults to gather in the kitchen, family room and privacy in their bedrooms. The bedrooms were on the main floor and 2nd floor which offered 3 suites with their own bathroom, however one queen bedroom did not have its own bathroom, and also did not have access to a bathroom on that floor if the guests in the suites were sleeping or using the room, so that guest had to go down to the basement to use the basement bathroom. (no main bathroom on the main floor either - as its a jack and jill bathroom between a king suite and the kids bunk room.) Also roof top access is through one of the bedrooms, not general access.The house was equipped with all dishes/ pans/ spices etc which was great for the days we ate in. It also has a ton of beach towels, beach chairs and a large beach umbrella. The beach is a short walk from the house, and this part of St. Aug beach was very spacious and was like our very own private beach with hardly any other beachgoers. We were also positioned right behind the only lifeguard stand.The host provided impeccable communication and speedy responses to any questions I asked - which is greatly appreciated. The house is one block from Beachcombers and dinner was delicious and offered excellent service. Overall great property and experience.
