Had a great week, the house was well stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. The view was breathtaking, the beds were comfortable, the house was fantastic! The pool was a cherry on top! Love, love, love this house!

W had two families with 17 of us total! It the perfect house and we loved everything about it! Spacious hang out area, dining for all of us inside and out, all bedrooms have their own bathroom and the views are the best in every direction! We look forward to renting this beautiful beach home again!

This is our 6th stay at this property, and already booked for next summer!! Everything is always in impeccable shape, it has everything we need and want and then some!! This was the first time our family vacationed in St Augustine. We usually stay on the gulf, but we decided to try out the East Coast once we found this house! I was hopeful it would be as amazing as the pictures and reviews showed, but it blew away every expectation we had! This house has everything!! We didn’t have to bring beach chairs, beach towels, or toys! The house had all of that!We didn’t have to worry about refrigerator space. There are three refrigerators 2 in the kitchen and - downstairs. The house was very well stocked with so many plates, cups, coffee mugs, pans, etc! Multiple small appliances are in the pantry to use as well! The three washer/dryer sets were life savers! We took 12 family members on vacation and used all three multiple times! From the pictures, I worried about the walk to the beach and the length of the deck. We have 2 little babies and 2 toddlers, but it was such an easy and short walk! The beach is amazing!! So clean and easy to walk on! The pool was big as was the yard! We loved the lounge chairs and umbrellas as well as the tiki hut area! The house was just perfect for us!And Kelly was a dream host! She was so easy to communicate with and worked with us from every question and inquiry we had!We are already looking at our calendar to stay next year!

This is our second day at this house. We call it auntie Kats beach house. We have four generations that spend a week together. This house is over the top and especially wonderful for the young families. Very well appointed rooms and kitchen. We can’t wait to come back again.

Our large extended family of children, grandchildren and friends were accommodated very well in the spacious house. There were sufficient bedrooms and abundant bathrooms. The third-floor commons area was superior to any previous beach rentals. The beach was close, visible, easily accessed and very clean. The heated pool was sufficiently large for our large gathering. Location was convenient for grocery, restaurants and activities.The top feature of this rental has to be Kelly who communicated early, often and adequately. Our family would certainly favor a return visit.

This property was perfect for our extended family of 20, ages 15-74. I may show my age with this comment, but I can't overstate the comfort of the WC on the third floor, each bedroom having its own full bath, and the WC outside at the pool. The outdoor showers and hose at the back fence insure that no sand gets into the pool or inside the house, which is amazing for a beachfront property. We enjoyed pingpong as well as the foosball and video games, and the gopher tortoises gave us a show in the backyard! The host is extremely responsive and accommodating, so I'm confident in saying if you ran into any problem, it would be immediately addressed. We literally only left the property to get groceries, that's how wonderful the amenities are at this home.

This place is stunning ! We really enjoyed the experience that this ocean front home provided We had a group of 22 and this place did not disappoint ample space and all that you could possibly need to thoroughly enjoy !! The heated pool ensured that we could really enjoy the outdoor space and the proximity to down town was perfect for us hands down we would book this gorgeous place again !

This property is simply amazing! Bathrooms in every bedroom, a huge gathering space on the top level and an elevator for groceries and/or those who wish not to do the stairs. The pool, the yard and the wildlife were enjoyed by all. The views are fabulous, and in September, it was like having our own private beach. We hope to stay here again!
