The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout procedures:
1. Checkout is at 10;00 A.M. on the date of departure. Please be respectful as we need to prepare the property for the next guest.The late check-out fee will be added if needed
2. Leave all used towels inside the washer
3. Please take all the trash to the brown bin and recycle in the blue bin located to the right side of the house.
4. All used beds should not be done.
5. Check drawers to ensure there are no belongings left behind.
7. All remotes should be left by the tv ($75 per remote)
8. Please leave the property neat and orderly to avoid ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
