(When planning your visit, please note that Lincoln City has very strict parking regulations, and does not allow on-street parking anywhere in the city. This home has garage and driveway space for up to five vehicles.) This home is located in a quiet neighborhood on the north end of Lincoln City, within walking distance of the beach and the Chinook Winds Casino. Slip on your sunglasses and stroll over to the ocean, where you can fly a kite in the breeze, dip your toes in the surf, or lie down in the dunes with a good book. Everything was smooth. House was very clean. Kitchen had plenty of supplies for everyone. Only complaint is the king bed on the second floor sags quite a bit and was uncomfortable. All other beds were great. Location is awesome.

The location was great, beach access is only a short walk away! There was a group of 6 of us there for a crafting weekend, which the house accommodated well. Like several other reviews, the kitchen layout is not conducive to big groups, but pretty well appointed in terms of enough pots and pans plates etc. it was really helpful to have the two refrigerators upstairs and one downstairs, although we didn't use the one downstairs. The furniture could definitely use a little updating, the couches were pretty saggy and worn out as were the swivel chairs, both in the upstairs living room and the downstairs living room. The beds were pretty comfortable, but the pillows could 100% be changed out and updated they were pretty bad/work out. We would definitely stay there again, would just be bringing a few more items to make our stay a little more comfortable.

Overall, very pleased with our stay. Great large house with space to spread out, beautiful location. Cleanliness could have been better, and I only put 4 starts because some of the basics (like knives) were completely falling apart and unusable. We’ve stayed here before, and they have made a few updates to appliances which was nice to see. Overall, would recommend and would stay here again!

We maxed the place out with 14 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is a little small but we made it work. Beach access is just a short walk down the street.
