With direct beach access less than 100 feet away, you’re just steps from seven miles of wide, sandy shoreline perfect for beachcombing, long walks, kite flying, sunset watching, and letting the Oregon Coast set the pace for your stay.



The Friend Ship is a four-bedroom, two-bath, two-story coastal home designed to make the most of its spectacular setting. Head upstairs to the spacious main living area, where wall-to-wall windows reward you with breathtaking 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean.



Upstairs, you’ll find the main living, dining, and kitchen areas, along with one bedroom and a full bath, making it easy to stay close to the ocean views and all the action once you’re settled in. Downstairs are three additional bedrooms and another full bath, giving families and groups plenty of space to spread out.



Settle into comfortable seating, enjoy your favorite shows on the large smart TV, or simply watch the waves roll in. The generous dining area seats up to 10, making it a wonderful gathering place for family meals with the ocean as your backdrop.



The fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space along with pots, pans, griddles, gadgets, and essentials you need to prepare everything from pancake breakfasts to seafood dinners.



Step outside onto the expansive wraparound private deck, one of our favorite places for morning coffee, evening wine, outdoor meals, and unforgettable coastal sunsets.



Outside, the sandy backyard gives kids and kids at heart a place to play and build sandcastles while still enjoying full ocean views. As evening arrives, gather around the fire pit for s’mores, conversation, sunset watching, and stargazing beneath the coastal sky.



Bringing your dogs? We’d love to welcome them! The Friend Ship is dog- friendly for up to two dogs per stay, so your four-legged family members can join you for beach walks and coastal adventures.



Planning your arrival is easy, too. On-site parking is comfortably available for up to four vehicles, giving your group plenty of room while helping us be good neighbors in our Rockaway Beach community.

Rockaway Beach is a laid-back, family-friendly coastal gem with plenty to enjoy right in town. Discover local favorites including Old Oregon Smokehouse, Grumpy’s Cafe, and the iconic Pronto Pup, along with a lively food-truck scene featuring everything from Thai and Indian to Mexican and Hawaiian fare.



Explore the easy Rockaway Big Tree Trail through an old-growth cedar forest, go crabbing or fishing, fly kites on the beach, browse local shops, or take a nostalgic ride on the nearby Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad.

Two-story layout: This four-bedroom, two-bath home has three bedrooms and one full bath downstairs. The main living, dining, and kitchen areas are upstairs, along with the fourth bedroom and second full bath, where you’ll also enjoy the home’s panoramic ocean views.

Dogs: We happily welcome up to two dogs per reservation.

Parking: The property provides on-site parking for a maximum of four vehicles. Keeping vehicles on the property helps us take great care of our neighbors and our coastal community.

Netflix and other streaming services are available; simply log in using your own accounts.

Must be 25 or older to rent the property.
