Great house in the most stunning location. The host was really responsive and the house was exactly as pictured. The bunk room in particular was a big hit with the teens! We will definitely be back.

The house was clean, beds were comfortable and view was amazing!! We had rain and storms for our stay, but had a few dry hours to pick shells. The shell beach needs shoes, but not crowded. You enter on the lower level and there are 2 flights of stairs. Caution as the walls are seashells- beautiful but sharp. The 2nd level has kit, LR , DR and access to porch and deck along with 2 bedrooms. Third level has bedroom and bath- shower was extremely small. Kitchen was updated and wee-stocked. Home needs updates, but was clean and worked for us! Hosts were accessible and responsive to our questions. We had 4 adults and 1 child and there was room for all to have their own space! Lower level TV area was so nice!

This was amazing stay, the host was extremely helpful, and response time was mere outstanding. The view was wonderful, they had everything to accommodate guests, the right pots, and spices. I would indeed return, the guest book was a nice extra touch.

The house was the perfect layout for our party. The bunk room was a great hang out for the kids. The private primary suite was fantastic. And far enough from the kids for privacy. The beach access was so quiet and private with stunning views of amazing sunrises. The back deck gave us plenty of room to relax in the evenings. We would definitely stay again!

Beach getaway

Perfect place for a beach family vacation Plenty of room to allow for everyone to have there own space but also has space for gatherings for lunch and dinner. Enjoyed returning to the area to visit friends and celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday.

Beach front perfection!!!!!

My family of 4 and my friend’s family of 4 had such an amazing 8 days at this wonderful house! The location is breathtaking! The house is roomy and met all of our needs! We definitely want to return!

Great location for a private beach getaway!

We were so impressed with the privacy of this rental. We had the beach to ourselves the entire week. The house was perfect for our little family of 8 with adequate beds and living areas. The hosts were prompt with answers to questions and check in/out was seamless.

Behavior analyst company retreat and conference at Marriott

We had a wonderful time relaxing between attending a conference at the Marriott which was nearby. Two of the five ladies have recently joined my company so it was a good environment to relax and get to know each other!

Lovely

This rental has a wonderful feel and the ocean views are endless. Lots of birds, a few fishing boats, and only a handful of of walkers each day. Perfect spot!

The location and the beauty of the view was perfect. The side porch with the cover and screen enclosure was perfect since it blocked the wind but we could still enjoy our view. I’d recommend this home

Family vacation

The house was very nice and clean and in a very nice neighborhood. There was a good view of the ocean from the deck. The beach was quiet and private. My only concern was we did not see any smoke detectors.

Fall Break

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for our family! The children really enjoyed having their own space downstairs. We came right after a hurricane and Portoro Beach Rentals were very accommodating and were able to get us in the property. This beach rental has everything you need! We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

My daughters family stayed at this property during our stay for a wedding in st. Augustine. They really enjoyed the house and location at the beach. Very favorable for the children and access to the beach. Beautiful sunrises! House was clean and well stocked with essential items. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. Quick family get away!

The house was perfect for our family with 5 teenagers and 2 parents. The house was clean and just as listed. The kids bedrooms were great and allowed for them to hang out and enjoy time with us upstairs. Access to the beach was amazing. The living area was very comfortable and we had a great time. We’d rent the property again.

This property was perfect and private for our family get away

We will definitely rent here again! It was so beautiful and the access to the beach couldn’t get any better. We loved how private it felt. We loved all the rooms and decor. The only thing I would recommend are some curtains on the door/windows over looking the beach in the living room. It gets very bright in the mornings when sitting on the couch. Overall, great stay. We have already recommended the property to some friends, and they will be coming next June!

Sunrise & Sunset

We enjoyed our stay at this house for guys golf weekend. While mother nature didn't cooperate and we were forced to stay indoors, the house provided ample room and space for us to hang out and watch the storm as well as cook nice meals and enjoy the company and conversation. David was very responsive to any and all questions and even assisted us with getting Jags tickets when the sun came out ! Jeff
