This unit, situated on the third floor, ensures tranquility and provides ample space for relaxation, excellent amenities, proximity to the main clubhouse, and is within walking distance to Main Street. Additionally, it is on the free shuttle route, making it convenient to reach the Winter Park Resort or partake in other outdoor activities.
This generously sized and recently updated two-bedroom condo features new hardwood flooring throughout the main open floor plan. The expansive living room includes a skylight, access to a covered private deck with forest views, a wood-burning fireplace, modern furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and painted wood beams on the ceiling. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available, and guests are required to supply their own firewood.
The kitchen and dining areas are conveniently adjacent, creating a welcoming space for gatherings. The kitchen boasts beautiful countertops, freshly painted cabinets, and new appliances, while the dining area includes a large table with chairs that can comfortably seat six, along with additional seating at the breakfast bar for up to three guests.
The master bedroom suite features an updated en-suite bathroom, a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a small workstation for those needing to catch up on emails, homework, or remote work, and a wood-burning fireplace for added ambiance. The second bedroom is furnished with two sets of bunk beds—one set being twin/twin and the other a twin on top with a queen sofa sleeper below. Guests can access the full bathroom located in the main hallway, which also houses a washer and dryer. This unit is positioned across the complex road from the recreation center.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is conveniently located outside the building; however, you may also opt to walk to Main Street, just two blocks away, to enjoy the diverse restaurants, shops, and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike.
Rental guests are prohibited from bringing pets or smoking, and any infringement of this rule will incur a fine of 200 each day of violation.
