This was one of the cleanest, most well equipped Condos I have ever had the privilege of staying in. The directions to get there were super easy and the view was great (cleaning renovation crew was there, but we knew that goin in). The extra storage on the balcony was a great added benefit. The balcony was a fantastic place for breakfast and coffee. Beds were extra comfortable and just overall a wonderful stay for our little weekend trip with my daughters for the youngest's Bachelorette trip. I have no complaints at all. 10/10 would recommend and will consider staying again.

This condo is beautifully decorated, the paint color scheme it beautiful. It is well stocked and conveniently located. The proprietors are wonderful to work with. We WILL be staying here again. If I could give it an 11 I would. Hopefully future tenants will continue to take good care of this place.

The constant construction off of our balcony without any warning that this was taking place was a huge let down. Made nap time for our toddler a lot harder than normal with the constant noise. Room was exceptional though, with it freshly remodeled. The weather was great.

I have stayed at several Phoenix, I have stayed at really new ones, and at older ones. I can say this, check in was very smooth. One our first day of arrival which was a Wednesday they only had one elevator that worked and that stayed that way until about Friday. Which made it a little upsetting to have to wait so long. The unit on the other hand was just as pictured. I can say this out of all the places we stayed, this unit by far had everything you needed. It was very well stocked, very clean more stocked than most of the Phoenix's that we stayed at. The bed was not comfortable, but that is just my opinion it was too firm. I would definitely stay here again, it was in all a 10 out of 10 for me and my husband.

Condo was beautiful and stocked with a lot of extras not supplied at other rentals (plenty of towels, detergent, dishwashing supplies, trash bags and BBW hand soaps, etc). A little smaller than I expected since it advertises as sleeping 8, we only had 4 which was very comfortable. I know that’s on me, since I didn’t check square footage. The paid parking was annoying because I booked it with the quote “all fees included”. I know that’s not on the owner, but 120 for 2 cars for 2 nights is a bit excessive. The staff that we encountered in the lobby and on the elevators were so kind and helpful. Would definitely book again with a longer stay hopefully.
