Having to purchase cleaning supplies during your vacation is certainly not what you should have experienced. We’re also concerned about the bathroom leak and understand why you stopped using that bathroom after it happened again. We’ll share your feedback and photos with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these issues can be properly investigated and addressed.
