Please pick up all pet waste. ( bags are under the sink )
Towels can go in the laundry baskets provided.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are responsible for their own actions and safety while on the property. The host is not liable.
Please keep animals off of furniture and downstairs only, away from carpets. We provide a crate if needed and retractable gates.
$200 fine per incident and cause for immediate cancellation no refund if any extra unreported guests or pets are found.
