The home was beautifully inviting. I didn't figure out how to work the T.V. but there was no need, close to all the attractions and while I was at home the refreshing pool, Jacuzzi and sitting area was very relaxing.

Check in was a little clunky and had to message and call host for codes. There were cars parked in the driveway when we arrived which made it look occupied. They were removed around 9:30pm. Overall clean and we slept well.

Cozy place. Check in was easy. Home was relatively clean. Host could have communicated about the cars parked in the driveway during our stay. Maintenance took a few hours and they were occupying the back areas while we were napping. A neighbor also came by knocking at the door while we were asleep at night to ask if we were parked next to his RV. We were parked in the house driveway. There are a few RVs in the neighboring areas Place offers a washer and dryer. Dishwasher is not yet installed.Place in close to the freeway and gas station/car wash. Conveniently located and close to Tampa airport and sports complexes.

Place poorly maintained, one of the bedrooms bed was poorly put together as had screws with no bolts and a broken leg we was not aware. Floor was dirty never mopped, the neighbor was using the properties water then needed a jump, the hot tub had no cover and needs maintenance. The place had a newly installed dishwasher that was inoperable, also very little silverware and cooking appliances as well as garbage bags. Overall would not recommend although the rooms with personal bathrooms was a plus. Informed maintenance would show up but never did then they said someone had to be present, again would not recommend .

This place is not in a nice area. The hot tub did not heat up. There was no gas in the grill. Had to fill it ourselves to grill out. There was no water pressure. No one could take showers. In fact the neighbor came over to ask us to shut off the hot tub so they could take a shower. Couldn't wash dishes. The neighbors were hooked up to the house water and they were plugging stuff into the house outlets while we were out. The whole thing made everyone uncomfortable. I told the owners father(who came into the backyard to spray weed killer while we were there) that the hot tub was not working. He said he would tell the son but nothing ever happened. The only thing nice about this place was the inside of the house. Everything else was pretty horrible. Wouldn't recommend.

The house seemed nice, then we realized there were bugs everywhere, pretty sure they were small cochroaches.. There were campers/rvs on side of the property. We were awoke early morning hours by the one guy in camper screaming "you shut off my water".We did not shut-off anything. Come to find out theuly were connected to property and using the water to the house we were in.
