The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all towels, robes and slippers used and put them into one pile on the bathroom floor.
Please strip the bed and leave the linens on a pile on the bed. Put all dirty dishes next to or in the sink, gather trash into one area. Please ensure the hot tub cover is replaced after EACH use.
Please ensure all lights are turned off and that any blinds used have a one inch gap between the sill and the bottom of the blind. Please ensure the door is locked upon your exit by pressing the lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please ensure that if you use the Hot Tub that you do not put anything into the hot tub; no soaps, bath bombs, or oils.
If you use the Hot Tub, please place the cover to the left, up against the side of the boxcar, and replace the lid after EACH use.
Please report any damage immediately to the host. Treat the space as your home, but please be courteous. Respect the quiet hours, and enjoy your stay.
