About this property

Stunning Ocean Views from Every Rm. Pool/Beach Service, Fitness Center all incl.

This unit is arguably the nicest unit with the best views in 2700. It is a large two bedroom with sleepable den and was completely remodeled and furnished in 2018 and has unobstructed ocean views from every room. Total square footage 2360.

There is a huge balcony overlooking the ocean with 6 seat dining table, love seat, chairs and lounge chairs where you can relax and watch and listen to the ocean.

The unit has beautiful ceiling lighting, marble floors, and is designer furnished as of 2018.

There are two bedrooms, each with king beds and their own private bath. There is an additional 1/2 bath in the living area.

There is a beautiful den/office with a large desk that allows for direct ocean views. Being at a desk has never been so nice.

There are flat-screen TV's in the living area and in both bedrooms as well as high-speed wireless throughout. A washer dryer and cleaning sink are all in the unit.

All closets have closet systems and the unit is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need.

This is truly one of a kind unit and experience.

Note that the development has two pools and upper and lower pool. The upper pool is closed for remodeling for the balance of 2025 and 1Q 2026. Rates are reduced dramatically for that period. Save on the best property in the island.

Amazing stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. It was very well supplied, for more than just a week. We had breakfast every day on the oceanfront patio……so pleasant. The beds were comfortable, shower was hot and strong. The beach is wide and long, cushioned pool lounges make it hard to leave at the end of the day.The owner, Bob, is very easy to communicate with. We hope to stay again!

Spectacular and Stunning!

Our stay at the Ritz Carlton Residences unit with “Stunning Ocean Views From Every Room” for Thanksgiving week was perfect. The pool and beach are wonderful and the service is great too. The staff are all welcoming and very helpful. The unit is immaculate and very well-equipped. The kitchen features All-Clad cookware, the beds are extremely comfortable, the furnishings and décor are stylish and up-to-date, and the ocean views are spectacular! The host is terrific, readily available and easy to contact. Everyone had a great time and we look forward to making this annual tradition.

Seeking sunshine

Last minute trip to Florida looking for sunshine. We've never been to the Palm Bech area so thought we'd give this Ritz property a try. The unit was spectacular! The views were perfect, the unit was spotless and comfortble, and the property had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast in the unit, ate lunch at the grill by the pool, and went out to some fabulous dinners. Very relaxing. Would highly recommend!

I have owned at the Ritz Residences since 2012. I enjoyed the property and area so much I have upgraded twice (this is the 3rd unit I have owned).

I use an on-site management company for repair and cleaning, although I rent the unit out myself. I do not rent this property out full time as I come down often from the Chicago area.

I look for guests who will treat the property as their own.

Why they chose this property

The Ritz Residences is the nicest place on Singer Island with the best amenities, concierge, facilities and location. Perhaps most importantly it is the least crowded and very peaceful. Most units can not be rented for less than 3 months at a time so there is relatively low turnover.

The Ritz has an upper pool, infinity lower pool, restaurant, private beach, fitness center, theater, private assigned parking and high speed wireless throughout. Everything is included including towel service at the pool and beach chairs.

What makes this property unique

All rooms with unobstructed ocean views. The unit is arguably the perfect level with great views of the ocean, but low enough where you don't feel too high. The "04" floor plan is a great unit with a great layout.

New construction with new professionally decorated and designed with furniture that is comfortable and practical. Everything including the linens, towels and amenities are of the highest quality.
