The home had all the appliances you’d ever need. We didn’t use much but it was a nice stay with our group of 13. We did need to request coffee and it was promptly delivered.

This home is an excellent place for a family gathering. It allowed us plenty of space for shared meals and conversation. We did encounter some issues:-In part of the home the heat did not work. -At two occasions the fire alarm throughout the house went off without apparent reason-At another occasion the digital doorlock malfunctioned and locked us out-Heavy rain caused some basement floodingThe home manager was quite responsive and attempted to remedy problems promptly.

Thank you for being our first guest. Your feedback is very helpful. The fire alarm is located in the kitchen and will activate if there is heavy cooking causing smoke. My apologies for this inconvenience. It is possible to relocate the alarm further away. You mentioned that you were cooking bacon when you contacted me, which is likely the cause. Regarding the heat, the home is zoned with multiple thermostats. When you activate one, it controls the temperature in that specific area, while other areas have their own thermostats. This information will be updated in the house manual for future guests. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I am pleased that you had an overall great stay and appreciate you being our first guest. It is very helpful for us as hosts to receive feedback so that we can continue to improve.

Recently stayed at this property with a group of friends for a girls weekend away.Upon arrival, we found the home to be clean and fully stocked with all the things mentioned in the listing. We did run into a problem on the first night with the hot tub, but that was quickly rectified by the owner. The rooms were all set up nicely and there was plenty of towels for all guests. There was also lots of hot tub towels.We were not able to find an all purpose cleaning spray to keep the kitchen tidy during our stay, so we ended up buying one. There was a few chairs that were broken, or breaking, so that was a little disappointing. That being said, we still had enough seating for everyone regardless of the broken chairs. This property is located in a gated farm community. Upon arrival, there was a couple of bug zappers in the kitchen area and there seemed to be a lot of flies, but that's something you need to expect and accept when renting a home on a farm such as this. It didn't effect our stay at all. There was also LOTS of spiders outside, again something to expect for a farm property.The home was huge, plenty of space to relax and unwind. The outside space was beautiful, with nice outside furniture including a fire table. The chairs for the outside dining were almost all broken or had screws loose, so we weren't able to use that.All in all, it was a good experience and I would recommend to others.
