Luxury log cabin located in Bryson City’s wonderful Deep Creek community atop your own private mountain. Panoramic views of deep creek valley with the sounds of deep creek’s rushing water below. Only a minute from the great smoky mountains national park, where you can tube deep creek, fish, swim, hike, and see picturesque waterfalls. Relax in the Hot Tub on the covered deck with an awesome mountain view. Black Bear Lodge accommodates up to 6 guests.
This is a true log cabin with hardwood floors, tongue and groove walls and ceilings. Cabin is a three bedroom ranch plan with huge “A” frame middle with lots of glass and awesome views from inside. Master bedroom has a king sized bed with stone shower for two in the private bath. Master also has a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The other two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and share a bathroom.
The middle has a kitchen, dining area, eat in island, separate laundry room with washer/dryer, fireplace and the wrap around porch. The great room has soaring cathedral ceilings with lots of windows, new leather furniture, gas log fireplace and HD flat screen TV with a DVD library. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is well appointed with most everything you would need to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining area has a large custom made log table to enjoy your meals with the whole family.

Outside is a private fire pit with seating where you can roast marshmellows and make somores. Lots of covered decking where you can relax and gaze over the mountains or read a book.
Black Bear Lodge is all about the location. Conveniently located to all the attractions. The great smoky national park entrance, Tubing Deep Creek and train depot are each only 1-mile away. The panoramic views from the wrap around porch are breath taking. Most activities are very close by:

Everything was excellent except first night Daughter went to open shower curtain in little bathroom and it fell It was broke we tried to fix it but could not.
