PARADISE BEACH CLUB WILL BE UNDERGOING A ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT STARTING 4/21/25 THROUGH 07/30/25. 2br 2 bath in a 49-unit complex-all the comforts of home! Fully equip kitchen-King size bed in master bedroom, double, twin in second bedroom and pullout couch in the living room. Other units available. Enjoy swimming in the oversized heated pool situated on the ocean side. Also, bocce court, shuffleboard and an exercise room. Restaurants and grocery store located across the street. Close to many Florida attractions!

So Many Unexpected Memories Made

This was probably one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. Not only was the condo in a perfect location and a great fit for our family, and the host was excellent with communication, but on our first night we were lucky enough to see a rocket launch right from our balcony. We also got to see sea turtles every night, coming up to nest, crabs, and dolphins all right outside on the beach. We stayed in the first week of July. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t talk about it be about it! You won’t regret it!

Excellent location and very nice, updated unit. Direct access to the beach and right on A1A with good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Host is very responsive. Building is a soft V-shape. So you can see other people’s balconies across the pool. Just a warning for those who can’t handle that. It was not an issue for us. A few K-Cups to get you by on the first morning until you can get to the grocery store would be nice.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Beach views from balcony were amazing, as were shell hunting, boogie boarding, and sand. Pool was huge and heated for kids when we needed a break from the ocean. Directly across street from Dunkin, Publix, movies. Pull out couch was even especially comfortable.

We had a very nice stay, location is great and view is amazing. There are a number of excellent restaurants within a short distance. Made a trip to Kennedy Space Center, easy drive to get there and made for a nice day trip.

The property matched the descriprion, and the views from the balcony pictures were exact. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay on the beach a private pool and not a lot of tourist chaos. Peaceful! Would stay again.

Close enough to the Cape so that you can see any launches that are scheduled. Nice condo, right on the beach, nice pool and the area is quiet with a lot of nice local restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Place on the Beach

The view was perfect! The location was great. The place was clean. My teens had a short drive to Cocoa Beach where they played miniature golf and did some shopping at Ron Jon. Great vacation overall.

Great, quiet condo!

We had a great time! The beach and pool areas are very nice. The condo was decorated nicely and served our needs. It is an older building and it shows in some ways, but overall it was a great stay.
