Nice property on a corner lot. Had no problem finding parking each night in front of house. Neighborhood was quiet and we'll kept. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of spices and seasonings! Only complaint was that house needed a good dusting and floors cleaned before our arrival. Host was responsive and polite.

This was a nice cozy place to stay, at a great location! Checking in and out was a breeze. Plenty of parking, regarless of the time we returned in the evening. The host communication was great and answered quickly when I had a question. If your in the Chicago area and need a home away from home, this one is for you! We/I would love to stay at this property again! Thank you

The unit is in the basement. It is nice unit. We were able to find parking on the street. We did have issue with our shower floor being dirty so we cleaned it before showering. One of the dining room chairs had two loose legs so we used an office chair instead and notified the host so they were aware it needed to be fixed. We also had an issue when it rained outside there was water leaking thru the flooring in our bedroom so one of our bags with clothes in it got wet. We notified the host and were supposed to meet the morning we were checking out so we could show them where it was, but they didn’t arrive before we had to leave.
