This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with wood like floors throughout the whole home! Large spacious home that is pet friendly! Located right across the street from the ocean!

Walk into this amazing home that has a lockout on the first floor, with the first bedroom, a living room and kitchenette. The bedroom has two queen-sized beds and the living room has a fireplace and flat screen TV!

Head up the stairs to the main level of this beach house. Be greeted by the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen with beautiful high beamed ceilings. The living room has the most comfortable couch you could imagine, a fireplace to warm up by after a long day at the beach, and a flat screen TV perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Enjoy ocean views right from the dining table that seats up to eight people! The kitchen is open and spacious, with an island that provides additional bar seating for three. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware and a keurig coffee maker.

Down the hallway is second and third bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms have two additional queen beds.

On the third floor is the master suite. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, an additional seating area and a Flat screen TV. Enjoy ocean views from the master suite and patio!

Three Flat screen TVs in the home, all with streaming, not cable or landline in property.
Kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker so please bring your favorite K-cups!
Home is dog friendly!! $150 Pet fee per pet. No cats.
Charcoal Grill available.

We loved the high ceilings and big windows—this space felt both open and cozy. The room layout (bed and bath on first and third floors, plus living room/kitchen, two additional bedrooms, and an additional bathroom) made this a great space for sharing with another family—offering comfortable areas for gathering and meals, as well as places to retreat to for privacy. This was a great location too—within walking distance to an uncrowded beach, bars and restaurants, activities, and a farmers market. My whole family enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second stay at Slow M'Ocean, and everything was as awesome as last time. Jasmine at Remax was again so helpful like last year. We asked for ice cube trays, along with a few small kitchen stuff. She couldn't find the trays, so she bought us a bag of ice! How thoughtful is that! Anyway, everyone had a great time. Chowderfest was happening, and a few of us who attended said it was so much fun. More of us will attend next year. Just like last year, we went to both Ventura and Channel Island Farmers markets. We hope to be back next year.

This was the perfect place for our family gathering. It was really close to the beach and had plenty of room for everyone. Having bedrooms on three different floors provided some nice separation and privacy. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. We wished there was air conditioning and filtered water/ice in the refrigerator.

This was a great place where our whole family could visit and relax..

The layout of the house was perfect for our group of grandparents, parents and small grandchildren. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and was a two minute walk to the beach.. perfect for toddlers! We would stay here again

Hollywood beach stay

Fabulous property!

Lovely beach house

Our family of five plus a grandmother and dog had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. The location is great—seconds away from beach access and a few minute walk from stores and a Sunday farmers’ market at the harbor. We really liked the area. The home was spacious and we appreciated all the extra beach towels.

Lovely Beach House Just Steps From The Beach

Home was very comfortable. Plenty of room and privacy. We stayed here to celebrate a 60th and 65th birthday with our families. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. Upper deck was lovely for everyone to sit and visit. Easy walk to the harbor to enjoy the farmers market and restaurant's. Lovely vacation home.
