Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip the bed sheets for any bed used, load in the washing machine and start a load before checkout. Gather all towels used and place in front of the washing machine. Thank you!
Please load dishes in dishwasher and start cycle (pre-rinse as needed)
Please take trash out to the dumpster. (turn right when you go through the gate. At the far end of the grass parking area, the dumpster is down at the end by the steel building) Thank you so much!

The cove was in the perfect location on Lake Hamilton. We loved not having to deal with downtown parking and still being close to all the shopping and restaurants. The property had plenty of space for four adults and our two year old grandson. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Zacharay/Natalie were super attentive. Always tesponded within 15 minutes of me contacting them. The unit was incredible! Very bright and had everythng anyone could need! The pool was great. The hot tub was nice, but really only one jet seemed to be working. It worked for me, as I was the only one using it. We wished we could've stayed longer. We would recommend this rental to anyone!
