Gated community. Recently remodeled with new appliances. Patio overlooking the lake. Second floor condo with gradual ramp to front door.
Terrific location with tons of amenities. Within walking distance of restaurants and bars. 1 small dog allowed under 20 pounds (NOT OVER )20 pounds) with adding a $75.00 pet fee.

There is a boat ramp and boat trailer parking available at no extra charge.

Amenities include community pool, hot tub, fire pit, basketball court, putt putt golf, shuffle board, pickle ball, Sandy beach, and walking path around the landscaped grounds.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
