This spacious three-bedroom apartment offers roomy, comfortable living that immediately makes you feel at home. Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy your stay. Located in the heart of the OSU campus area, everything is within easy walking distance—from a nearby pool hall to the convenience of a Shell gas station. Enjoy the perfect mix of comfort, space, and unbeatable location.

Guests have full access to the entire townhouse apartment, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, and bathrooms. The home is part of a building with three other units facing the main street, but your stay is completely private. The only shared space is the parking lot at the back of the building, where your Airbnb stay includes two designated parking spots just for you.

You can reach the property manager anytime during your stay! Phone calls are the fastest way to get in touch, but texting works as well. Our co-host lives nearby and is always available to help with emergencies or any questions to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Our Airbnb is the closest rental to the Ohio State Fairgrounds, making it perfect for events and visits! Public transportation is just around the corner at the nearby intersection, making it easy to explore the OSU campus area and all that Columbus has to offer.

Cleanliness

To keep the space welcoming for everyone:

Please wash all dishes before checking out.

Place all used towels, washcloths, and hand towels in the bathtub before leaving.

Dispose of all trash in the garbage bins located on the side of the building closest to the alley.

Pets

No pets are allowed unless prior approval has been granted.

If approved, a small pet deposit is required and must be agreed upon by both hosts.

Parties & Gatherings

Absolutely no parties are permitted during your stay.

We understand that guests may celebrate special occasions. If you’re looking to host a gathering, we can recommend great local venues to accommodate your event.
