The Waterfront Family Luxury Estate is on beautiful Lake Austin and only 10 minutes from downtown Austin. This is central to everything Austin has to offer, but on the lake!
The Waterfront Family Luxury Estate is fully equipped, is privately gated, has a private boat deck, gas grill, 3 kayaks, canoe, Lily Pad and Paddle Boards.

The Waterfront Family Luxury Estate has WIFI, 52" HDTV, full washer and dryer.

All the amenities of home: toaster, blender, coffee maker, utensils, baking dishes, linens and towels.

The large boat deck is 2 stories, is both covered and uncovered, giving you a beautiful view of the 360 bridge. Take the canoe, kayaks or paddle board (upon request). Feed the swans that come in the morning.

Renter Beware!

The location is amazing. But the place was packed full of the owners junk and every single drawer and closet. No room for renters. And you felt like you were invading someone’s home. The sheets were gritty. And there was the owners food in the refrigerator. Definitely not welcoming for renters. Property managers, a great guy, but sometimes took quite a while to respond. One of the weirdest VRBO experiences we’ve ever had.

Lake Austin

Jerry (the host) and Dennis (the property manager) were very easy to work with. My wife and I were visiting our son and his wife in Austin. The average temp was going to be about 102 degrees. We opted on finding a house on Lake Austin. Jerry’s property sits right on the main portion. Between jet skis that were delivered direct to the dock by 360 Splash, the paddle board on premise, and the Lily Pad on premise, we spent most of the time on or near the water. The house easily accommodated the four of us and my son’s dog Holden. We would certainly rent with Jerry again. Thanks for a great experience!

Did someone say LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION?!

Great location! Convenient location that makes it easy to run to the store or explore everything ATX has to offer. The house is on the main strip of the lake, which makes it awesome for boat and water sport watching during the day. And the tranquil mornings and evenings are perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. The outdoors space is amazing secured with a gate with direct access to the lake, tied off lily pad, and paddleboards. I believe they are doing some work on the house, but it has everything you will need during the stay. Jerry the owner was outstanding and willing to work with me on bringing my pup and late checkout. Dennis the property manager lives a couple houses down and was very attentive throughout our stay. The neighbors and renter of casita on connected lot were also super nice and helpful. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a super chill vaca / stay-cation filled with good vibes and positive energy.

Wedding weekend

We stayed here for a wedding. With young kids, a hotel would’ve been boring. The lake was great and kept our kids busy. The lawn was very nice too. Three good bedrooms and a study where we placed our toddler in a pack and play. Nice kitchen. Good dining areas.

Great Lake visit

We had a great stay at the lake celebrating Thanksgiving with family. Kitchen was stocked with the utensils needed for preparing meals. The three beds we used were comfortable. We loved the beautiful lake views and kayaking each day. The home owner does live at this property so his things are there. Jerry and Dennis were accommodating and communication was easy. Thank you!
