The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable and welcoming. The host/owner communicated really well. Would definitely stay again!

We were very happy with the house. It was just as described and suited our group of three couples comfortably. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and had fresh bed and bath linens. The kitchen was well-stocked and the dining room had plenty of seating. It was rather hot when we were there and the house's ac kept it comfortable. It was a nice period home that has been beautifully renovated. The garden in the front and the patio in the back were great additions. It is in a good location, quiet neighborhood that is a short walk to Main Street. The owner had great communication. He was helpful, responsive and very welcoming in our messages. We loved our time at Higgins House.
