Woodland Trek Retreat was a 10! We had two full families, 19 adults and 11 kids and we enjoyed this beautiful, fun, comfortable home for 3 days. The house was spotless and ready for us to enjoy. The pool, game room, hot tub, outdoor deck and movie theater - amazing! Everyone had fun in close by Gatlinburg doing all kinds of different activities. Highly recommend - one of the best rentals we’ve ever had!

Unbelievable Home

Huge and cozy! Close to Gburg and Pigeon Forge. Plenty of space to spread out. Pool was great, hot tub game room, theater etc was top of the line. Plenty of silverware, cookware etc. Came with a few families and had a blast! Book this one if you have a big group.

Amazing for Special Needs Families!

First, Coastal Vibe/Mountain Vibe was spectacular to work with. Responsive, helpful, friendly, and timely. The house itself was amazing. Our nonprofit org, A Mother's Rest, coordinates affordable respite & wellness retreats for caregivers nationwide. We rented Woodland Trek as a large group of special needs moms with our challenged children. Having 11 private rooms with 11 bathrooms was the perfect set-up, like a boutique inn, offering fellowship but privacy too. Tons of parking too! Only thing that would have made this house perfect is more rooms on the main floor (for our mobility challenged families)...but it was amazing. We will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The cabin was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The kids loved everything, but especially the pool, game room, and movie theater. They had such an amazing time.We were there to spend time together as a family and celebrate a special occasion, and the property company even took the time to recognize it and make it a little more special, which meant a lot. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and easy to work with.It was a wonderful place to spend time together as a family, and we made some great memories. We would absolutely stay here again!
