The house is big and there is room for everyone! There is a massive kitchen island to gather around and seating everywhere. There is a game room we enjoyed and the rooms were comfortable. The host responded in a timely manner. We asked if we could check in a little early but were actually told that check in would be later than given. We were told there was a big party before and it was taking longer to clean. Once we could check in we were told to contact her if she missed anything. We just cleaned ourselves. It needed help. Not the worst we have encountered by any means but floors were dirty and we had to clean up a lot of dog hair. I know she was hurrying so that could game been the culprit.I would still give a 8/10
