Bayfront Condo, 2 Beds + Queen size Serta pull out couch - 6 Person Maximum, 2 Full Baths

Located steps away from the water, you can relax while listening to the sound of waves from your private balcony overlooking Pensacola Bay, or take a short walk across the street to enjoy the beautiful white sands and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. This second floor unit
is a clean and beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo features unobstructed views of Pensacola Bay from the living room, master suite, and private balcony. You can also experience spectacular sunsets from the private balcony if you visit during late Spring, Summer or early Fall. The larger bedroom features a queen size bed and the guest bedroom has a full size bed.

The condo is less than two miles from Casino Beach, which is the primary location for shopping, restaurants, night life, jet ski and boat rentals, charter fishing companies, public fishing pier and other entertainment options, you can still relax at this relatively quiet and uncrowded location. The condo is also within walking distance to one of Pensacola Beach’s
most well known seafood restaurants, Peg Leg Pete’s.

Just come as you are! We supply many of the amenities you'll need for you to enjoy this modern and well-appointed unit! Including a fully equipped kitchen, flat panel high definition TV’s in the living room and master bedroom, Bose surround sound in the living room, linens and bedding, and a table with four chairs on the balcony. A private bath with a
garden tub is located in the master bedroom. All soaps for kitchen, bath and laundry are supplied. Come and relax in paradise!

The condominium complex includes an outdoor pool, private sandy beach, pond with fountains, and private fishing pier exclusively for guests and residents of Baywatch Condos. Covered parking for 2 cars is provided exclusively for this unit.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Leave parking passes on kitchen counter. There is a $10 fee for missing passes.

Place keys back in the lock-box if they were removed. There is a $10 fee for missing keys.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

NO SMOKING of any kind in the condo or on the balcony

Ensure door is locked when checking out. Touch the keypad to activate then press the lock icon to activate the deadbolt.

Early check-in/late checkout may be arranged based on guest availability and subject to owner approval. A $35 fee will be applied to your reservation.

Beautiful property. Clean, convenient location, excellent communication from the owner. The condo included everything we needed including two beach chairs which came in handy. Minutes walk to the beach or plenty of public parking if driving. Amazing views from the condo balcony. Dolphins make their appearance in the afternoons. Clean and quiet beaches. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend!

Everything you need for a great vacay is there. Bonus was an ice maker in the refrigerator. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are updated and nice. We enjoyed the balcony right on the bay. The dolphins would show up in the afternoons.

Great condo. Fully stocked kitchen. We were there for a week and only missed our air fryer. Very clean. Parking was easy. Host was easy to communicate with and even checked in after we settled in. Would highly recommend!

Our family of three loved this spot. Quiet with easy access to the beach across the street, and great amenities. We only wished the hot water lasted long enough to fill the big bathtub, but that’s a minor complaint. Every other need was more than met.

This condo was so cute and comfortable the decorating is so cute & beachy. It is clean, there is washer & dryer with complimentary laundry detergent pods. The kitchen has all the needs you would look for. Everything was labeled making it easy to find what you are looking for. The thoughtfulness put into this condo is appreciated. When you sit in the living room you feel like you’re right on top of the ocean. Sitting on the balcony is peaceful. The location is close to the beach & close to all the things that you wanna go to It’s quiet & it’s relaxing. We really enjoyed ourselves. We will be back.

Great Stay!

My family really enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! It is in a great location and very close to many restaurants and stores. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the beach is a short walk across the street! We would definitely stay again!

As a former Navy pilot, I spent many years in Pensacola first as a flight school student, later as an instructor in the T-34C and finally when I retired as an instructor in the amazing T-6B Texan II. My wife and I met in Navarre, so we have a great connection to the area. We've taken our own family here many times and it seemed natural to find a place that we could call our own and share with others.

Why they chose this property

We love Pensacola Beach but we also love a bit more quiet. Getting away from the "main" beach but still close enough to get there easily seemed like a great idea. Being within walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's seemed like a good thing as well!

What makes this property unique

This condo is comfy, cozy, charming and it sits right on the waters of Santa Rosa Sound. From the front you can see the beach and the Gulf. Listening to the waves lap up on the beach in the evening is the best! I also enjoy setting up my telescope and capturing galaxies and nebulae.
