What a great beach house. We have stayed on Topsail for over 20 years and this was our favorite house. The porch was terrific and we spent so much time out there. House was very clean and comfortable. Merrijo was wonderful to work with and the property manager was excellent too! Hopefully when we come back we can rent this house again!

Amazing views, beautiful area, wonderfully clean home… would stay here again and again. Merrijo was quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed the oceanfront decks… the wonderful layout of the house… we made so many fun memories!

Family get away

This property has amazing views! The home is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed many mornings sitting on the amazing sun filled deck with perfect views of the ocean. We will be sure to visit again!

Perfect Getaway

We visited the Sandcastle for our annual holiday getaway. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The view from the deck was amazing. My favorite part was the “bridge” over the dunes to another deck even closer to the ocean. We will be back!!

Family Vacation

We had a great time at M&M Sandcastle. The house was clean and spacious for our family group. My 18 month old grandson really loved the outdoor shower. Quiet yet convenient to all Surf City has to offer!

Wonderful experience

You couldn’t ask for a more clean, well stocked, convenient place. We’ve rented a lot of places and this is hands down our favorite. Getting on and off the beach is so easy and the large deck was a huge plus. We can’t wait to come back for a longer stay.

Amazing location and property

What an amazing location and property. To be able to see dolphins from the decking was the icing on the cake. The property was spacious and extremely well equipped. The host was very responsive. A fabulous place to enjoy a thanksgiving vacation with our son, daughter in law and our 2 grandchildren. Highly recommended.

We loved the house and location. The direct access to the beach was the best we have ever had. The house was well supplied with the best of everything. Disappointed that we didnt get to see any dolphins. 😞

Amazing beach house

M&M Sandcastle was the absolute best place to stay. It was amazing. The beds were so comfortable. The house was clean. The covered porch was so nice. It was a super nice place. The house had everything we needed. Alice was amazingly helpful. We will definitely be back.

Topsail

This property was immaculate and much more than we expected. It is very well appointed and made for large family groups. The location was perfect. Watching the sunrise, watching the dophins and pelicans was perfect. Merrijo was very responsive and very nice to work with. We would stay again without doubt.

M&M Sandcastle is a treasure! These owners really care about everyone's comfort and enjoyment. They provide all the necessities with many useful and fun extras. Furniture is very comfy and there's plenty to suit the whole family. Even the deck has a variety of seating choices to enjoy the spectacular view. Simply The Best!

This is the perfect house. Gorgeous, amazing and so well equipped. We have already reserved it for next year - and I am guessing many years to come. There is enough space for everyone and even for the introverts in our group to find moments alone. The beach access is RIGHT THERE! The deck is lovely. There is no place better! Thank you so much!
