Located in the heart of Covered Bridge country. 40 Minutes from the Indianapolis International Airport and the Indy 500 raceway.

This 2 bedroom house has a large living room and open dining room. All original hardwood oak flooring and new furniture. Enjoy the 55" Roku TV or sit on the private patio, relax and grill out.

There is a full laundry room including and ironing board and iron, laundry detergents and baskets if you need to refresh your wardrobe while you are staying in town.

You'll fall in love with this clean, charming house that is so conveniently located on a "main drag" but in a residential setting of green lawns and blue skies...(well, I can't guarantee the blue skies! But Indiana is beautiful!)

Greencastle is just small enough to feel like home and just big enough to have many conveniences, restaurants, breweries, and shopping. My husband and I are retired and enjoy gardening, playing with our grandchild, and relaxing. We enjoy hosting guests at our house next door because we always have NEW neighbors!

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy this property because it is in close proximity to our home. And, our friend's father build both our houses and raised his family here. (I'm nostalgic!)
