Everything is new from the electrical, plumbing and decor, new stainless appliances and a convection stove. The double lanai can be accessed from sliding doors in master bedroom and living room. The lanai is equipped with polywood table and chairs and two loungers with cushions. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC throughout the condo. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this wonderful spot offers a modern retreat after a day of adventure. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place, walking distance to grocery and restaurants, only steps to the beach. Beach chairs and towels provided for your convenience. Just a few blocks to Publix Grocery. Our pool area has two tiki huts with shaded tables, loungers for relaxing by the pool and a gas grill for your pleasure. Trolley rides on island for your convenience should you desire transportation without renting a vehicle. Also, golf carts and bicycle rentals at various locations on island. We are a husband and wife team from Ft. Wayne, Indiana. We live rural on a farm but also enjoy the beaches of Florida. We are grandparents of 6 grandchildren all who live close by and keep us busy with sports.

We enjoy the island atmosphere, the simple life, and the beautiful view from our condo. also the heated pool This is a great retreat from the cold winters in Indiana!!

What makes this property unique

Our condo was completely destroyed by the hurricane almost 4 years ago. We have rebuilt from the studs up, so we had the opportunity to update the cabinets, appliances and add a second full size walk in tiled shower with grab bars for safety of our guests. Our distinctive flooring and furnishings will make an impression with anyone who steps into our unit. Our condo complex has only 12 units, very private and inviting for everyone. With our condo on the second floor, it is easily accessible by either staircase or elevator.
