Within blocks of Downtown SLO, easy access to the 101 FWY, 10 to 15 minutes to the BEACH! 5 Miles to Edna Valley Wineries or take a trip to the Paso Wineries, Hearst Castle, Morro Bay or Pismo Beach! The Central Coast has an abundance of local events and this home is central to it all! One of the best Deli's down the street - High Street Deli, an icon!
What makes this property unique
The owner's a done an amazing job with the details. This is a hidden location to some. If you enjoy exploring, there is a trailhead at the end of Prefumo Canyon paved road and you can park there. Hike up a couple of mile and see the magnificent Morro Rock. Or follow Prefumo Canyon road all the way to Avila Beach!
