Quiet holiday family gathering

This was a nice place to be for the rainy holiday week. Unfortunate there was a nice living room area but no tv/entertainment set up we could share together. The lighting in the house was not conducive for reading comfortably. Nice large kitchen area and a nice neighborhood for walking but no access to the golf course which is a centerpiece for this rental. Overall a nice stay

Lovely and quiet home with golf course view

My senior aged parents spent a week in Melody’s home. It was very clean and spacious with a beautiful backyard view of a nearby golf course. Melody and her husband were available to answer any questions my parents had. The kitchen was furnished with all the kitchen items needed for cooking & BBQing. I would recommend this home for a family wanting to have a special gathering or reunion. 😊🌻

Winter visit to grandchildren in California

This is a beautiful upscale and spacious home on a quiet street in the Cypress Creek gated golf community. The back yard patio is adjacent to one of the greens which makes for great entertainment watching golfers as they putt. The owner is very pleasant, helpful and readily available by cellphone. The neighbors are likewise friendly, offering comments on local restaurants and local sights. The location is convenient to everything, within 15-20 minutes of multiple beaches, shopping, churches, butterfly park and the 5 cities area in general. We love it and I'm pretty sure you will too.

Great Place, Great Owners, Great area at a very reasonable price

We have contacted Melody in the last moment for this house and even though she was away, she was very accommodating, prompt and helpful. The house is gorgeous, has all the amenities that you could think off and more; very tastefully decorated and most importantly very clean.We were 5 in our party (3 adults and 2 young kids) and it was perfect, we loved it. We made BBQ s during the day and s'mores in the evening around the pit fire. The whole community is beautiful, very well maintained, in a serene area, great for family, kids, gatherings or just alone quiet time. We would definitely come back.

Absolutely Perfect!

This is a wonderful property!!! Our son got married at Cypress Pavilion and we were thrilled to be able to rent a home that was literally around the corner, a 3 minute drive and 10 minute walk! It is a great location, a beautiful quiet neighborhood and central to everything, Pismo, the beach, the adorable town of Arroyo Grande and golfing for anyone who likes to golf! We stayed for 5 nights and loved every moment! The house has a great floor plan with plenty of space for our family to stretch out and relax! I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. All the beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The kitchen had everything you could need for a long or short stay. The outdoor space was peaceful and a great environment for BBQing with the family and just hanging out. The outdoor firepit is an added bonus. Melody, the owner, was very responsive and extremely nice! I cannot recommend this property highly enough! We will definitely rent this home again when we are in the area! Thank you Melody!

listing said six beds, there were only 3 and 2 couch pull outs

Would have loved to given all 5 stars but Master bed was extremely broken down, it was like sleeping in a hole with a big hump in the middle. It wouldnt hurt to invest in a new mattress for the master bedroom! Other than that it was very clean and quite, beautiful neighborhood! Just wish the sleeping accomodations were better.

Our experience at your place was wonderful it was quiet, very peaceful and relaxing. My family loved It as well we played Lots of games, my granddaughter loved looking for ducks and the hummingbirds were very friendly. Very roomy and accommodating For us all. Beautiful house close to the golf course

This beautiful house has three very spacious rooms with nicely equipped bathrooms. The living rooms, dining rooms and kitchen are also spacious and well decorated. In the patio area you can see the golf course, giving a beautiful relaxing feel. The house exceeded our expectations. We spent a lovely holiday in the house.

Golf Getaway

This was a great property that worked out well for myself and 3 fellow golfers. Great location for accessing the many golf courses located throughout the area. Our only issue was the wifi didn't work. There was a worker in the street when we arrived who had been called by someone else in the area experiencing some problems. He told us that his checking of whatever it is in the street found there was some kind of issue emanating from our rented property. I called the management company and received a return call the next day from Stephanie. I gave her all the details and she said that she'd look into it and would issue me a refund of some type for lack of wifi service. We also could not make the TV in the family room work. We could only get one channel and there was no volume control, only LOUD. Even the mute button didn't work. Other than that, it is a great property. Hoping that they do follow up with at least their offer of a rebate.

Great Central Coast Getaway

Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood on the golf course. Plenty of room for 7 adult guests to relax, play games, barbeque, etc. Short drives to Arroyo Grande, Pismo and Avila Beach made it a great Labor Day weekend. Would definitely stay at this house again. Thanks!

Wonderful Vacation Property for Golf and Relaxation!

We had an excellent time in this beautiful property. The amenities were excellent and we had no issues communicating with the owner at any time. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us. Additionally, the Apple TV and wireless were excellent for getting cozy and relaxing in the evening. The only issue we had was that our cell coverage was spotty but for us that was not a problem as it forced us to disconnect and enjoy our vacation more. We will definitely consider renting this property on our next visit to the area!

Very clean, large and perfect for three couples! Only one golf ball came into the yard but all was fine. No damage done! Spent one night bbq’n and enjoying the fire pit! Awesome home and thank you Melody for letting us stay there for our 1st daughters wedding!
