Steps away from downtown historic Loudonville and minutes away from Mohican State Park, it's perfect for families and adventurers. Hiking, canoeing, Amish Country, skiing, and fine dining minutes away. Four spacious bedrooms, thoughtfully restored to blend historic character with modern comfort. The perfect base camp for Mohican adventures by day and historic charm by night.

This is a peaceful retreat for families, friends, and adventurers—not a party house. Please respect the home and our neighbors. All stays include a refundable $400 security deposit and a standard rental agreement. Both are required for check-in.

Please throw all trash and recycling away in marked bins by garage. If staying through Tuesday, please pull cans to the curb for pick up.

The pictures do not do this place justice, which is unheard of! The charm is unmatched, every little detail has been perfectly thought out. The design is immaculate & feels like home the second you walk in. The host is quick to respond & super helpful!! When we got there, the upstairs was very hot, as to be expected with a historic home. I messaged the host & he was quick to get his maintenance man out to install 2 brand new air conditioners in the upstairs which made the rest of our stay quite enjoyable! The sunroom stocked with board games was everyone’s favorite place to hang out. After talking with maintenance, there’s still lots of additions coming as well, which will make the place even better. The host truly cares about your experience and the history behind the home. Not to mention, the PERFECT location in between all the fun activities and walking to downtown. Every detail was perfectly thought out. We can’t wait to come back!

And that is part of why we brought The Loudonville to life, so that more people can take advantage of this beautiful area in our world and relax in a historic modern retreat.

The Loudonville is located at the gateway to Mohican State Park and sits close to skiing and a quick drive to Amish Country, Ohio. The charm Loudonville presents is also a driver on why we chose this area, along with the lifelong memories we've made in the area and hope others will create too.
