Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all trash inside the red trash bin outside the kitchen door on the back porch.
Place key into the lockbox upon leaving, please lock both doors.
Place all used towels and wash clothes into the washer machine , please do not start washer.
Wash all used dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
