Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re glad the home was clean and spacious for your family. We’re truly sorry about the internet and TV issues — we know how important that is, and we’ll be addressing it to prevent future interruptions. We appreciate your understanding and hope to host you again for a smoother stay.

Hi David, it’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the bedrooms, bathrooms, elevator convenience, and amenities such as the EV, pool, and appliances — we’re glad these features helped make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciate your feedback regarding the daily fee to heat the pool or hot tub. This fee helps cover the significant energy costs associated with heating and is disclosed in the listing prior to booking. We’re so glad the kids loved the pool, and we hope we have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are so glad the house provided plenty of space for your group of 18 to enjoy yourselves. We truly appreciate your patience while we got the golf cart delivered and waited for the pool to reach that perfect temperature, it’s great to hear the hot tub kept everyone happy in the meantime! As a small boutique firm run by four families, we always strive to be as responsive as possible to ensure our guests have a seamless stay. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we are so glad you enjoyed the late checkout! We look forward to welcoming you back with that return guest discount. See you at the beach!

What a heartwarming review! Hosting your family reunion across three of our homes was an absolute honor, and knowing that Born 2 Beach continues to check every box for your group makes us so happy. It’s wonderful to hear that the poolside memories, the seafood boil and ice cream bar, and even the "Slinky Dog Dash" golf cart rides made this trip so special—even with a tropical storm in the mix! We also love hearing that your private chef enjoys working in that kitchen and with our team just as much as we enjoy helping host you all. Thank you so much for your loyalty and for treating us like family. We are already counting down the days until 2027 to welcome you all back for another unforgettable reunion!
