The 2nd living room offers a cozy futon, ideal for extra guests or lounging after a day of exploring. With heating and AC, comfort is guaranteed no matter the season. There is a creek right across the driveway from the home, offering a bench to gaze at the scenery just a few feet from the house. This gorgeous apartment invites you to unwind and feel right at home. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash used dishes and leave in the strainer located inside of the sink to dry.
Please load all linen in the laundry basket/bag located in the 2nd bedroom.
Please gather all used trash bags, tie and discard in the large black trashcan located on the screened porch outside of the kitchen. Press and hold kitchen door to lock properly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This space is amazing, close to the city and quite larger than I was expecting. Everything was clean and well organized, and the personal touches throughout the space made it feel inviting and comfortable. The host is wonderful, and this is by far the best experience I have had traveling and using VRBO. I definitely recommend!!!
