The host, Mike, was an awesome communicator and answered questions during our stay. Then due to a big regional snowstorm, even let us purchase an extra night when we were supposed to check out. This was our second family gathering at this beautiful Stonehaven cabin and we’ll definitely book again next year.!!!
Beautiful home perfect for a large family gathering. We spent Thanksgiving with family who flew in from out of town and it was more than enough room for all of us. The ski lodge vibe was a bonus and we loved spending time around the fireplace. Highly recommend this home!!! The house has everything you need and more. Amazing time making memories!!!
Spacious house gave us plenty of room to spread out for fun and relaxation. Bathrooms were disappointing with cheap toilet paper and towels that were no better than rags. Kitchen facilities and cutlery pretty good - lots of plates and glassware. Liked the location and peaceful neighborhood.
Lovely, Clean Cabin with Beautiful Craftsmanship! Close to Ski Resorts
We loved our stay here! There were bathrooms in every room which was so convenient. The home was clean, cozy, and great for gathering together. It accommodated our large party and we were all very comfortable. The house also was made of solid wood, with solid wood furnishings and other natural elements. Not to mention, the home is 16 minutes away from Seven Springs Ski Resort!! Owner was responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!
This is our second Thanksgiving family gathering at this home and it’s a perfect house for our family needs. We love the location and the relaxed rustic nature of the house. The fireplace is a huge positive for us and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The host is quick to respond and address any issues or questions.
We had a great stay at this cabin for a family ski weekend. We had four adult couples and 7 kids and had plenty of space. The kids loved the room with 3 trundle twin beds — enough space for everyone! The living area was spacious, clean, and very well appointed. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s super close to Hidden Valley and Seven Springs. The owner was very communicative and super accommodating for our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Thank you so much!!!
We were pleasantly surprised by how large the space is, pictures don’t do it justice. The convenience of having a bathroom in every room is a huge deal as well. We had no kids but this also would have been a great space for kids as well.
Six senior-aged cousins, along with spouses, gathered for a weekend of reconnecting on this
beautifully appointed and maintained property.
The house was sparkling clean and provided all amenities listed. This is a great house for reunions with children. There are games and activities galore to keep them occupied. The kitchen is well stocked with any and all cooking and serving pieces.
We had a couple of hiccups with issues on the property, which were handled quickly, and to our satisfaction. The Giannilli family has surrounded themselves with a competent caring team of people who help them maintain this beautiful residence. Their goal was to ensure that we (the guests) had a first rate experience. I appreciated their attention to detail in helping us have the most pleasant stay.
If given the opportunity, I would choose this property again, for my family gathering.

Overall we had a wonderful weekend. Our check in process was very difficult, we sat for two hours
We sat for 2 hours in the driveway if the property trying to get in. We started contacting the owner early morning sand repeatedly calling and texting him we contacted VRBO. They voikd not reach him either. Finally our daughter reached the owner, who gave us the code to get in. It was very frustrating. Finally got in and enjoyed our weekend celebrating our 60th anniversary with our family. Would suggest that a handrail would be put going up the steps from the basement, for safety reasons.

Great space with cleanliness issues
We did have a good time at this property, which has great space. It started off with dirty dishes in the dishwasher and mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers and in the living room couch cup holders. My daughter in law spent the better part of 2 hours cleaning once we went out for cleaning supplies. We later found that the double wall oven was extremely dirty and could not be used. Thankfully there was another oven in the kitchen. There was just other neglect like a chirping smoke alarm, a broken baseboard heater in a bedroom (much too hot) and the house security system indicated low batteries, and Guardian was calling the house phone, and we needed to take some time and attention to attend to it.
The host responded to the alarm, and heater, though nothing was done or fixed except by us. He has not responded to the cleanliness issues.

It was a very convenient location to Seven Springs and especially hidden valley. The acc
Great house, great location, beautiful surroundings. We are a family of 8 adults and a 2 year old and a 6 week old. The house is much larger than the pictures. It is extremely quiet compared to other houses we have stayed in in the area. Great for the young ones. Very well equipped kitchen-lots of pots and pans. It was wonderful to have "new" toys for the 2 year old to play with. Big selling point was being able to use the fireplace-such a joy to be able to have a fire every night. All the beds/baths well equipped with sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, etc. The new recliners/rockers were wonderful for those late night sessions with the newborn. Will be back again for sure next year. Mike was a wonderful host-easy to get in touch with and very generous and helpful.
The house was amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed. I loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Very spacious for everyone to feel comfortable. The fire wood was well stocked. We had a great time and will definitely stay again.
