We couldn't have asked for a better place. We were 6 total (3 adults, 3 kids). Room set up was perfect. It really helped that each room had its own bathroom. Communication with host was excellent. Every question answered, and they were helpful with directions to places.Property was well maintained. Some things even looked new. Propety was very clean. I appreciated the allotted towels for each person was bundled and wrapped on each bed. Kitchen well stock on cookware and some other items we needed.Location was great. Main purpose of our stay was beach time. It was a short drive to the public beach access areas and to Huntington Beach State Park. Place is close to grocery stores and seafood market. The screened in porch area was helpful so we could dry out and sit outside without mosquitoes. We also made use of the community pool and hot tub-- just a very quick walk through the parking lot. And we grilled on the property too. If we make our way back to Pawleys Island, we will definitely look at staying here again (and probably this specific unit, as there are other rentals nearby).

Beautiful Condo & Great Customer Service

Our stay was great. The condo was beautiful, clean and well maintained. It sits right on the golf course and overlooks a pond. AC works well, showers were hot, and laundry was a plus! Close to grocery stores, food and shopping. Would stay here again.

Overall everything was good. A few minor details: 1. The master bedroom bathroom the toilet handle was hard to flush the toilet. 2. The AC was adjusted several times- I think it was on a timer.
